5-0'C. This would suggest that, whilst the machine is working, it is struggling to get down all the way to temperature.

Normally this would be caused by the machine over heating. Try cleaning out the foam air filter in the side of the machine opposite the switches. Behind that there is a metal grill. This would need to be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

Also consider if the machine has enough space surround it. We would recommend a gap of at least 25cm (10") all the way around the machine. This is to allow air to move freely through the machine.

Step 1

The filter, which can be found on the opposite side the machine to the switches, can be cleaned by removing the two screws that hold the side of the machine in place. This will reveal the foam filter which can be wash out in hot water and an anti-bacterial agent.

Step 2

Behind the foam filter will be a metal grill. This grill can be cleaned thoroughly using a vacuum cleaner. Taking care not to bend or damage any of the metal fins.
