Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.
- Providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of delivery, are unopened and unused, customers can qualify for a full refund.
- If the original packaging has been opened, there will be a 15% deduction from any refund.
- Transit back to us is the customers responsibility, therefore if the goods arrive back to us damaged we will assess the damage and make a deduction from any refund based on our assessment of the damage.
