Machine froze solid and then stopped turning

Problem : The slush machine froze solid and will now not turn, solution below

Please perform regular maintenance as detailed below. Failure to maintain your machine in accordance with the Easy Start Guide, which came with your machine, will invalidate your warranty.

Snowshock cannot be held responsible for any repair costs (parts or labour) for equipment that has not been maintained in accordance with the Easy Start Guide.

  

Step 1

Allow the affected side to defrost.

Step 2

If the side no longer turns it is likely that the motor will need to be replaced. For more information on how to do this please contact Snowshock Services.

Step 3

Once the motor is replaced it is a good idea to monitor the machine. If you notice the machine beginning to over freeze stop the rotation and take a look at our 'Over Freezing' articles on how to resolve the issue with your machine.
