Recipe update 19.07.22 - short term, added sugar.

There is currently a world wide shortage of certain raw ingredients, due to many factors including Covid and the war in Ukraine which are causing manufacturers to alter their recipes.

Snowshock has had to adapt by temporarily altering our recipes. We are adding sugar and reducing some of the sugar free alternatives we use to adapt to the conditions, however we expect to return to sugar free recipes by the end of this year.

The taste is virtually identical, so we do not expect to see any difference in our retailers sales.

The ready to drink slush of the new recipes is at 4.4g of sugar per 100ml, which means it is not affected by the SDIL (sugar tax) and the impending HSSF legislation read more.

We have highlighted the slush bottle label with the New Low Sugar device as shown in the image on the left.

There is a handy removable label attached to each bottle which can be taken off and used in prominent places to advise your customers of the change.
