Gravity fed 5 cones / min Gravity fed machines will supply a good level of portions on after another and are suitable for outlets with steady demand. The overrun will be around 30%, meaning 1 litre of ice cream mix will produce around 1.3 litres of finished product. A standard 13amp socket is all that required and these are available with around 2 weeks delivery.
